Every hat is hand-inspected, packed in a rigid box with shape support, and shipped from our studio within 2 business days of your order.

Rates

• Standard — $15 flat. 3–7 business days in the US. 7–14 business days internationally.
• Express — $35 flat. 1–3 business days in the US. 3–7 business days internationally.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Reach out if you don't see it within 3 business days.

International orders

We ship to most of the Americas, Europe, the UK, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility and vary by country.

Lost or damaged

If your hat arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
