By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. They're short, and we've tried to keep them in plain English.

The hats

Every hat is hand-woven, which means small variations in weave count, shape, and color are normal — they're features, not flaws. Photos are representative; your hat will be similar but not identical.

Pricing & availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Stock is limited and sold first-come, first-served. If we cancel an order due to a pricing or stock error, we'll refund you in full immediately.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed only after payment is captured.

Care

Panama hats are tougher than they look — but they're still woven straw. Treat them well and they'll outlast most things in your closet. We're not responsible for damage from misuse, drying near direct heat, or storing them under heavy weight.

Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a hat is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
